As MarCom Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
As MarCom Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Social Media
- Create monthly and weekly content plan on all social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day activities of selected social media channels, including posting, manage engagement, and reply to inbox and guest reviews.
- Schedule and manage in conjunction with Marcom Manager regular paid advertisements on key social media channels and ensure ROI meets given KPIs.
- Monitor advertising in main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) in conjunction with Marcom Manager.
- Develop annual content plan with Marcom Manager. Ensure content and placement adhere to Six Senses brand standards.
- Produce & shooting visual content weekly, manage the whole asset image, photo, video of the resort.
- Develop relationships with KOLs, select media and other departments to enhance the business and e-marketing opportunities under Marcom Manager guidance.
- Work with Graphic Designer for collaterals content and visual updates and printing process as per assignment.
Administration
- Monitor and document all media clippings, contracts, and other records assigned by Marcom Manager.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports.
- Support for event organization and other multi tasks of marketing and communications assigned by Marcom Manager or DOSM.
- Assist S&M dept on site check tour for FAM trip/ KOL or TA representatives per assignment.
PR & Communications
- Assist Marcom Manager for retaining relationship with media database and Friends of Brand.
- Prepare Press Releases and Media pitch per assignment.
- Provide professional and correct information to managers, hosts, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Inform and/or update the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Speak to guests and hosts using clear, appropriate and professional language.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in one's voice, using the callers' name, transferring calls to appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allowing the caller to end the call.

- Support all hosts and other department and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Work with other people to gather the information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.
