Join us as a Food & Beverage Team Leader in our Riverside Restaurant, where you'll create unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A little taste of your day-to-day:  

  • Ensure your team maintains consistent quality and uphold departmental standards, including financial transaction handling.
  • Prepare the Riverside restaurant for service, handle guest feedback, and communicate any concerns to management.
  • Assist with colleague training and development, manage scheduling, timesheets, and oversee inventory and stocktakes.
  • Promote workplace health and safety initiatives, addressing hazards promptly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly 

What we need from you

  • Minimum 2 years Food & Beverage Service Experience
  • Friendly Personality 
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Time management skills, delegation, a drive for results and strong employee engagement skills.
  • Neat Personal Presentation
