Role Purpose:
Responsible for delivering quality products across the digital experience (Mobile, Hotel Website, or Revenue Management). This role coordinates among business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap that addresses both short term and long-term needs. The Product Manager, must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth and change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems). The Product Manager will prioritize and activate said roadmap, ultimately managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology, pivoting as needed in response to stakeholder and customer needs. They will also support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams.
Your Day to Day:
- Strategic Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product strategy, leveraging customer insights and market analysis to identify future opportunities and drive a roadmap of initiatives, including enhancements and new product development.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams to design, develop, and implement a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Source and analyze data to craft test plans, utilizing insights to inform priorities and forecast ROI, while regularly reporting on product performance and driving adoption.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Continuously evaluate product performance and customer insights, proactively identifying new product needs to prevent obsolescence and ensure our offerings remain best in class.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product information, including roadmaps, specifications, and competitive insights, while providing tailored updates to leaders and partners to foster collaboration and alignment.
What We Need From You:
- Digital Expertise: Possess expert knowledge of the IHG digital landscape and a strong familiarity with competitors and eCommerce trends, enabling you to identify best practices and pivot strategies effectively.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including clients, senior management, and industry consultants, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Program Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects from conception to implementation using established product management processes, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting research and utilizing findings to inform strategic decisions, alongside proficiency in MS Office products for effective documentation and presentation.
- Innovative Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, identify new market opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive results and enhance the customer journey.
Location – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $158,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
