A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • Handling reservations with finesse, providing seamless booking experiences for our esteemed clientele.
  • Exceeding guest expectations by delivering personalized service and anticipating their needs with grace and sophistication.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all reservation transactions, maintaining a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Working closely with various departments to coordinate and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.
 
What We need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience in hospitality reservations
  • Proficient in reservation systems and comfortable navigating technology platforms.
  • A can-do spirit, coupled with a positive demeanor, is essential to thrive in our vibrant team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
