This role can be based in either UK or Germany

As a Revenue Management Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing key projects and processes that directly impact hotel performance. This role involves analysing market trends, optimising pricing strategies, and supporting the implementation of innovative revenue management solutions. You'll collaborate closely with hotel teams and stakeholders to deliver insights that shape effective commercial strategies.

Your day to day

  • Work with department leadership team on assigned teams to provide administrative support as needed
  • Maintain database of information to assist in identifying trends for the purpose of improving processes and hotel performance
  • Create reports as needed for hotel support and assist running daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Support team with tactical revenue management duties
  • Perform data analysis and strategic support for key assets contracted under the IHG Revenue Services service model 

What we need from you  

  • 1-3 years hotel revenue management, reservations or operations experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse database information, maintaining data and reporting trends
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills for the purpose of maintaining the daily flow of office work, answering questions, and resolving issues.
