Be at the forefront of shaping and delivering IHG’s global reward strategy, partnering with leaders to create impactful solutions for corporate and reservations teams. Lead the design of reward models, incentive plans, and job architecture that align with our HR and talent strategies. Drive innovation and excellence in reward policies to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
Your day to day:
- Develop and implement global reward models and incentive plans for corporate and reservations teams.
- Oversee IHG’s reward infrastructure, including job architecture, salary ranges, and market benchmarks.
- Manage annual bonus and merit cycles, ensuring smooth global implementation.
- Identify and execute improvements to reward processes, enhancing business impact.
- Partner with HR, leaders and employees to ensure understanding and engagement with reward programs.
What we need from you:
- 7 years+ experience in reward role in-house or consulting.
- Comfortable managing large, complex, global projects with network of cross-functional stakeholders.
- A strong relationship builder able to collaborate at all levels (including leadership) – brings people with them.
- Analytical mindset – actively uses data to form insights and build business cases.
- Ability to create own direction and use initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all aspects of reward.
