岗位职责
 

1.熟知会议及宴会销售标准;

2.全面负责宴会和会议的推销及预订工作;

3.维护及管理回头客的活动;

4.关注市场动态,协助销售经理一起制定并实施销售策略,以达到预算目标;

5.制定并实施行动方案,以开发新业务,维护旧业务。维护客户关系,拜访维护老客户,开发新客户;

6.协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。

 

岗位要求

1.大专以上学历,有宴会销售工作经验1年以上;

2.有较好的语言表达能力。
