为市场销售总监安排会议，并做记录确保其所需文件的准确。
准确做会议记录，发给相关人员传阅。
确保所有的报告及所需提供的服务能按时履行。
协助市场销售总监完成每月销售报告及其他报告。
按照酒店的标准接听，转接电话，记录留言。
协调，安排市场部人员出差事宜，如机票，食宿及其他。
任何时间，对所有的事情严格保密。
根据酒店的政策和程序，负责部门办公用品的申请收集。
维持安全可靠的工作环境。
坚持酒店安全制度，熟悉财产安全紧急救护及火警的处理程序。
完成上级交给的其他任务。
大专及以上学历，有酒店销售或协调类岗位经验优先；
具备良好沟通能力，能独立完成客户对接与文书工作；
熟练使用办公软件，能独立整理销售报表与客户信息；
工作细致，适应筹备期工作节奏；
执行力强，具备团队协作意识及跨部门沟通能力。
