岗位职责 (高级宴会销售经理/宴会销售经理 1名—婚宴）
1.发掘身边有结婚想法或筹婚中的新人，负责公司新人的开发与积累，及时收集信息，使公司资源最大化
2.每周有效安排销售活动并追踪成果按计划走访新老客户，宴请目标客户及安排酒店参观，跟进宴会反馈及落实部门改进，为酒店持续增加生意
3.清楚地了解婚宴销售部目标和销售目标的设置，对所负责的市场区域不断深入开拓及挖掘,并将开拓结果向宴会销售总监汇报
4.与公司各部门配合，及时处理用户的反馈、投诉和建议，提高用户满意度
职位要求:
1.具有两年及两年以上婚宴销售岗位工作经验；
2.具有深圳本地销售岗位工作经验，有一定的客户积累；
3.具有较强的人际沟通协调能力，计划与执行能力。
