Role Purpose
As a Senior Global Brand Manager for Multi-Brand Solutions, Guest Shared Services, you will help deliver new guest experience programs that scale across both Mainstream, Premium and Upscale brands. These programs will be focused on delivering an improved guest experience, drive owner value, and will support hotel operators. This is a highly collaborative, fast paced role ideal for someone passionate about working with cross-functional partners to ideate, problem solve, pilot, and launch new initiatives for our brands that support both our hotels and guests.
Your day to day
- Determine strategic objectives and develop the corresponding tactical initiatives that can span across multiple brands. Determine how/if these initiatives would need to flex by brand
- Pilot new programs in hotels and determine operationally the best way to roll-out/embed across all brands
- Manage two Associate Brand Managers, support in their key initiatives and support in their growth and development at IHG
- Manage cross-functional teams or work cross-functionally to ideate & execute new programs
- Partner with the MLAC, EMEAA, and GC regions to develop, pilot, and roll-out global multi-brand programs
- Work with upper management and franchisees to gain support and input into service and product initiatives, and to communicate regarding program successes, issues, changes, etc
- Review and analyze market and industry data to understand current trends within the brand
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 6 to 10 years progressive work-related experience in marketing and/or hotel operations, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including experience working within a franchise organization and specifically working with/influencing franchisees.
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Ability to both impact and influence across an organization
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff
- Data analytical skills, ability to review data and provide strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated knowledge of branding and brand management, including research methodology and design (basic measurement and statistics).
- Demonstrated organization and management development, including demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/implement organizational initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop consumer understanding based on research and existing trends
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability and demonstrated creative thinking skills as evidenced by prior campaigns.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $115,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
