岗位职责
1、按照年度销售计划完成会议销售工作和活动,完成并超越会议销售目标。
2、将团队涉及信息分发至相关部门。例如:发会议通知单,团队摘要和准备会议讲座。
3、在会议组织者有需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。
4、让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。
5、检查会议进行的所有时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
6、有规律的回顾主要账单抛入并确保其准确性,需要和客户一起回顾账单以调整最终发票清单。
7、提供反馈市场趋势,与上级保持沟通,并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体目标。
8、及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。
9、确保内部有效而密切的沟通。

岗位要求
1、大专学历以上,形象、气质佳,营销专业优先;
2、具有代表酒店与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
3、具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织的能力。
4、有接待大型会议、活动的经验。
