 As Sustainability Program Associate, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sustainability department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

As the Sustainability Program Associate, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following areas:

Responsibilities

  • Guest and Host Workshops: Conduct engaging sustainability workshops for guests and hosts. Activities include but are not limited to: Ninh Van Greens Tour, Be a Farmer, Upcycled Soap Making, Homemade Kombucha, Eco-Printing, Home-composting, etc…
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and prepare monthly reports covering: Revenue, resort sustainability indicators and Sustainability Fund’s impact.
  • Community Engagement: Regularly engage with the local community through: support organizing projects by Sustainability Fund for land and marine conservation and local community development.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Experience and Skills:

  • Passion for and experience in conducting craft workshops and implementing community projects.
  • Basic proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Be proactive in learning new things, and overcome obstacles.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sustainability-related work, particularly in the luxury hospitality or service sector, is a bonus
