岗位职责
1.定期培训本部门员工，不断提高服务技能和业务水平，做好每月考勤、排班表。
2.各区域的运作情况，不断巡视各个岗位，能够在有突发事件发生时，可以及时处理。
3.及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题，合理调解工作中的一切问题。
4.发现工作上的问题及时解决，主持每天例会，上传下达公司的有关通知、规章制度、规定等一些文件。
5.做好各部门之间的沟通和协调，主动解决问题，并及时将问题反映给部门经理。
6.检查各区域的准备工作和员工的仪容仪表，不合格或不符合规定的要马上指正。
7.查看饮品、食品的出品要求，做好分区工作。
8.负责本区域员工纪律、礼貌礼仪、工作安排和处理日常事务，尽量要做到不偏不倚，能够公平、公正、公开。

1.熟悉菜肴酒水知识，西餐服务的工作规范及质量标准
2.熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪
3.有较强的语言表达能力
