岗位职责：
1、按照标准化菜单的要求，以质量和外观为重点，负责厨房管理所有视频，协助员工培训，从而满足客户的期望。
2、为厨房准备各项成本预测，计划和部门生产报告。
3、对所有菜品进行精准成本核算，记录并及时更新。
4、处理厨房日常事务，计划并分配工作。为每个员工设定绩效并给予定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾。
5、解决客户有关厨房服务的疑问和问题。
6、协助餐饮设计菜单，菜品搭配以及装饰等。
7、确保所有菜品制作和出品均符合配方要求和FSMA的相应卫生标准。
任职要求：
1、具备较强的菜式烹制工作能力，菜式摆设、造型能力。
2、具有中专及以上烹饪相关学历。
3、国际联号酒店工作经验1年以上。
