A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning activities across departments
● Assisting in employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
● Managing colleague services, including transportation, accommodation coordination, and cafeteria operations where applicable
● Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs
● Supporting colleague wellbeing initiatives, medical check-ups, and workplace health and safety programs
● Handling HR administration, employee records, documentation, audits, and exit formalities
● Coordinating with government authorities, vendors, and external agencies as required
● Assisting in performance management processes, training coordination, and various HR projects
What we need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/HR preferred)
● 2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred)
● Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
● Good organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
● Experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and HR administration
● Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality
