Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues and trainees.
- Support employer branding initiatives that position the hotel as an Employer of Choice.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Colleague Experience & Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of colleague engagement activities, recognition programs, and hotel celebrations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with IHG values and behaviors.
- Assist in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for colleague inquiries and concerns.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records and personnel files.
- Prepare employment-related documentation including contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation documents.
- Monitor probation reviews, contract renewals, and other employment milestones.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company standards and local labor regulations.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs, colleague orientations, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain training records and support reporting requirements.
- Encourage continuous learning and development opportunities for colleagues and trainees.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and IHG standards.
- Assist in HR audits and reporting requirements.
- Promote fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Internal Communication
- Develop engaging communication materials, presentations, posters, and campaigns using Canva.
- Support HR communication initiatives that enhance colleague awareness and engagement.
- Ensure timely and effective dissemination of HR-related information throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Eagle HR System for employee data management, reporting, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, databases, and digital HR processes.
- Proficient in Canva for creating engaging colleague communications, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Eagle HR System within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with HR analytics, reporting, and workforce data management.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance processes.
