Your Day to Day

As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel’s public spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests enjoy a pristine and inviting atmosphere throughout their stay.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas
  • Monitoring and restocking supplies in public restrooms and common areas as needed
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
  • Collaborating with other housekeeping staff to ensure a cohesive approach to cleanliness
  • Upholding the hotel’s standards of service and professionalism at all times

 

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry items as needed
