We seek a dynamic professional for our Reservations department to provide exceptional internal and external communications. You'll ensure timely and accurate reservation entries, maintaining our high standards. If you're passionate about hospitality with excellent communication skills, join our team!
Your day-to-day:
- Process inquiries for both individual travellers and groups warmly and courteously.
- Ensure priority booking for IHG Rewards members, Ambassadors, Corporate clients, VIPs, and returning guests.
- Address all queries via phone, email, and fax using standard templates promptly.
- Ensure all booking details, including guest profiles and special requests, are updated accurately.
- Stay updated on room rates and promotions, working closely with the Reservations team and Director of Sales and Marketing to maximise bookings.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, friendly, and organized team player.
- Passionate about providing personalized guest service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and service recovery abilities.
- Focused on accuracy, thoroughness, and quality.
- Previous experience as a reservations or senior guest service agent.
- Knowledge of the Opera property management system is a plus.
