We are looking for an analytical and strategic Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team at Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa. This role is key to maximizing our revenue potential, driving informed business decisions, and contributing to the overall profitability of our resort. A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Analyze and interpret revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques in alignment with the hotel’s goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue metrics and present insights to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate) targets.
- Use revenue management systems and tools to monitor and optimize room availability and pricing.
What We need from you:
- Experience in Hotel Revenue Management and/or other departments of the hotel is beneficial (e.g reservations and operations will give you helpful background knowledge).
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset
- University Degree or Hospitality Diploma/Degree is desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
- Strong research and analytical skill
- Excellent verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills.
- IHG Systems & Tools knowledge is ideal.
