Salaire : 6000 - 8000
1、负责酒店会议及社交活动的销售及统筹协调工作，包括但不限于商务会议、婚宴等活动的接洽、谈判及签约
2、开发并维护客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系，完成年度销售目标
3、根据客户需求制定个性化活动方案，协调酒店各部门资源确保活动顺利执行
4、定期进行市场调研，分析竞争对手动态，提出销售策略优化建议
5、跟进活动执行全过程，处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保客户满意度
6、协助财务部门完成活动款项的结算及催收工作
1、年龄25-35岁，形象气质佳，具备优秀的沟通表达能力及商务谈判技巧
2、熟悉酒店会议及宴会销售及接待流程，具备较强的市场开拓能力
3、能够承受工作压力，适应弹性工作时间（包括周末及节假日）
4、具备优秀的客户服务意识及团队协作精神
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店管理系统
6、有酒店行业销售经验者优先
