Lieu : Royaume-Uni, Windsor

Job number: 158974
Join a Collaborative HR Team Supporting Change, Growth, and Business Performance
We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable HR Business Partner to join our HRBP team in a flexible, business facing role that supports priorities across the organisation.
Rather than owning a single business area, this role will work across a variety of people initiatives and operational priorities, partnering closely with the wider HRBP team to provide additional support where it’s needed most. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly build credibility with stakeholders across different teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working as part of the wider HR Business Partnering team, you’ll provide hands on HR support across a broad range of activities, projects, and business priorities.
Depending on business needs, you may:
Support senior leaders and managers with practical HR advice and guidance
Assist with organisational change, restructures, and transformation activity
Help improve team structures, role clarity, and ways of working
Provide support on employee relations matters, recruitment, reward, talent, and performance processes
Use HR data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Support succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability initiatives
Partner with HR specialist teams including Reward, Talent, and Employee Relations to deliver joined up solutions
Help ensure key HR processes are delivered consistently and effectively across the business
Work collaboratively with other HR Business Partners to provide flexible support across changing business priorities
Build strong relationships across a global organisation, recognising regional, cultural, and legal differences
This role offers broad exposure across both strategic and operational HR activity, making it well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas rather than focusing on one dedicated client group.
About You
You’ll be a strong HR generalist with HR Business Partnering experience and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
You’ll bring:
Experience working as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrix organisation
A practical and commercially focused mindset with the ability to deliver solutions that support business needs
Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, or transformation activity
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge where needed
The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Strong problem solving and organisational skills, supported by data and insight where appropriate
A collaborative approach and willingness to support across a variety of HR activities and projects
CIPD qualification (preferred)
Why Join Us?
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative HR team where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activity, work with a variety of stakeholders, and play an important role in supporting business priorities as they evolve.
If you enjoy variety, building relationships, and making a practical impact across different areas of a business, we’d love to hear from you.
