Income Auditor-Six Senses The Palm Dubai

As Income Auditor, my duties and responsibilities will include: 
•   Keep records and books of all stock items transaction. 
•  Assist in checking and establishing the purchasing specifications, to spot check quality, price and service of purveyors and market in order to make sure the operation gets the best quality prices from regular and reliable supply sources.  
•   Spot check receiving practices and control that receiving meets specifications by checking daily supply reports list and registers the purchases in the cost books and perpetual inventory cards. 
•   Supervise the receiving, storing and issuing procedures and supervise store-room hosts and premises for proper recording, storing, inventory turnover, issuing checks for proper inventory rotation avoiding waste and pilferage.  
•  Compile the food and beverage cost control report, on monthly basis, including the monthly food cost report, monthly beverage cost report, slow moving items, resume of sold items in the various restaurants, comparative per unit purchasing price of food and beverage items, monthly store room reconciliation, monthly food and beverage reconciliation. 
• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.  
•    Comply with governmental and company policies, procedures, and regulations.  
•    Classify, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.  
•  Inform the Director of Finance of any issues that may arise. 
•    React to all daily operating problems and complaints rose offer solutions. 
•    Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
•    Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
•    Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.

Qualifications 
To execute the position of Income Auditor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

Have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
