Proactive Care & Administration: Conduct guest satisfaction courtesy calls, manage precise call logs, relay messages, and execute punctual wake-up calls.
Teamwork & Safety: Collaborate with key departments (like Engineering and Security) to ensure smooth service while adhering to IHG safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
