- Ensure guests are greeted and checked in promptly and efficiently with the highest level of hospitality.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of daily front desk activities, including the allocation of rooms based on guest preferences.
- Attend daily line-ups, monthly departmental meetings, and other hotel-wide meetings to stay informed about the hotel's operations and departmental activities.
- Review guest arrivals, noting special requests and blocking rooms as needed, while consistently using the guest’s name to provide a personalized experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hotel quality assurance standards, financial audits, and safety regulations.
- Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
- Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
