Técnico Multidisciplinar - Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Operations

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry-related tasks
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are in good working condition

2. Guest Service Support

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints
• Ensure minimal disruption to guests while carrying out repairs
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness

3. Equipment & Systems

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, and water systems
• Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies
• Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations
• Report any hazards or risks immediately

5. Energy & Cost Control

• Support energy conservation initiatives
• Ensure efficient use of materials and tools
• Minimize wastage and control maintenance costs

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
