1. 负责宾客接待、咨询与投诉处理，提供专业、及时、友好的全流程服务支持；
2. 主动识别宾客需求，协调前厅、客房、餐饮等部门资源，提升宾客满意度与忠诚度；
3. 系统记录并分析宾客反馈信息，定期提交服务质量改进建议报告；
4. 协助组织宾客关怀活动及个性化服务方案设计与执行；
5. 遵守酒店服务标准与信息安全规范，严格保护宾客个人信息隐私。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、英语等相关专业优先；
2. 具备高星级酒店宾客关系、前台接待或客户服务相关工作经验优先；
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、情绪管理能力及跨部门协作意识；
4. 普通话标准流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能熟练使用办公软件；
5. 认同服务行业价值观，责任心强，具备较强的服务敏感性与问题解决能力。
