A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is unique, but you'll generally be:
- Leading the IT team in servicing and maintaining computer hardware, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing regular updates to the IT Manager
- Staying current with all approved systems and technologies, including LAN and POS
- Overseeing hardware and software performance, implementing security standards, and assessing vendor proposals
- Sharing your IT expertise with the hotel team through training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Protecting our IT infrastructure from cyber threats
What We Need From You:
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT system setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in networks, operating systems, databases, and PCI DSS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive team player who is responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
