1. 统筹酒店会务业务发展战略，挖掘政企、协会、教育机构等目标客户会议、培训、展览类需求，拓展中大型会务合作项目；
2. 主导会务产品体系优化与定制化方案设计，协同前厅、餐饮、客房、工程等部门提升会务全流程服务体验与交付质量；
3. 开发并维护重点客户及渠道合作伙伴关系，推动长期框架协议签署与年度协议续签，确保会务收入持续增长；
4. 分析区域会务市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户反馈，定期输出市场洞察报告与业务改进策略；
5. 指导并赋能一线销售团队，开展会务业务专项培训与绩效辅导，提升团队专业能力与转化效率。
1. 具备4年及以上高星级酒店或高端服务业态会务销售、宴会统筹、MICE（会议、奖励旅游、大会、展览）业务拓展相关工作经验，有千万级年度会务营收实绩者优先；
2. 拥有大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等专业，具备优秀的客户沟通能力、方案呈现能力及复杂商务谈判能力；
3. 熟悉会议活动全流程运营逻辑，掌握预算管理、场地规划、服务标准及应急预案等关键要素。
