2.引领客人到房间并向宾客介绍酒店的设施。
3.为行政楼层客人提供下午茶服务等餐食服务。
4.迎接并陪同抵达的重要宾客，在宾客离店时应向客人道别。
5.与酒店各部门同事密切合作以确保客入住客人满意。
6.查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。
1、大专及以上文化程度，有一定英文基础。
2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及前台工作程度和规范。
4、相貌端正，身体健康。
