【岗位职责】
1、执行餐厅主管的工作指令，并向其报告工作。
2、坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领员工按服务程序和质量要求做好接待服务。
3、负责餐厅物料用品的领用、发放及耗损的记帐报帐工作。
4、带领全体员工做好服务工作。
5、记录宾客意见反馈及投诉，定时向主管汇报。
6、掌握菜式品种及简单制作方式。
7、做好班组交接工作，并做好记录。
8、了解各国风俗习惯及生活忌讳。
9、每日检查西餐厅的卫生及摆台状况。
10、关心全体员工生活，抓好班组文明建设。
