2、建立体质良好的宾客关系,努力增加客房销售,维护宾客好评。
3、处理前台工作中的差错,处理宾客有关投诉。
4、辅导和培训前台接待员及实习生岗位知识及标准操作流程。
1、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;具备完全代表酒店、品牌、公司、顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。
2、熟练使用微软办公软件和前台OPERA操作系统。
3、具有组织和解决问题的能力。
