中餐廳副經理
岗位职责：
1.确保餐厅政策和程序与品牌标准相符并得到贯彻和执行；
2.根据酒店餐饮销售制定和实施相关拜访计划，达成餐饮业绩中标；
3.在制定计划及时发现和弥补服务标准上的不足加以弥补并在之后予以贯彻和执行；
4.指导下属的工作以确保相关政策和程序的执行；
5.和厨房保持及时有效沟通；
6.帮助厨房和服务团队更好的配合酒店服务，确保回头客户账户被很好维护。
岗位要求：
1.优先考虑女士，年龄在25-30周岁之间；
2.工作2年及以上的国际联号酒店餐饮经验者优先考虑。
