2. 补充客房内各类消耗品，如洗漱用品、纸巾、饮用水等，确保物品齐全。
3. 检查客房设施设备运行情况，发现故障及时报修，保障住客正常使用。
4. 协助处理客人提出的合理服务需求，提升客户满意度。
5. 遵守酒店卫生与安全操作规范，做好公共区域的清洁维护工作。
1. 学历不限，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
2. 具备良好的服务意识和责任心，工作细致认真，能适应轮班制度。
3. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够胜任一定强度的体力劳动。
4. 普通话表达清晰，具备基本沟通能力，服从工作安排。
5. 遵守职业道德，尊重每一位宾客，无不良从业记录。
