With more than 20 years in hospitality, Merry Antoja is a dynamic and creative leader who has successfully led hotels across Europe and Asia. She began her career in Sales & Marketing before stepping into operations, giving her a unique cross-functional perspective and a deep appreciation for both the business and human sides of leadership.

Her track record includes several major openings — from Vietnam’s luxury resort scene to launching Spain’s first Kimpton hotel. Merry is known for her inclusive, team-focused leadership style and her ability to inspire high performance through positivity, transparency and trust. She brings warmth, strategy and a guest-first mindset to every aspect of her role.
