协助部门经理进行人力资源全流程管理和体系化搭建，包括招聘、培训、活动、薪酬、绩效、员工关系、后勤管理等，确保人事工作高效落地，人事政策合规执行。
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或酒店管理等相关专业优先；
2、具备2年以上人事工作经验，洲际品牌酒店工作经验优先；
3、具备较好的沟通表达能力，责任心强，抗压能力强。
