1. 全面负责酒店/物业项目公共区域（含大堂、电梯厅、走廊、卫生间、户外景观区等）的日常运营管理，确保环境整洁、设施完好、动线合理、服务规范；
2. 制定并落实公共区域清洁保养、安全巡查、节能降耗及应急响应等标准化作业流程，定期开展质量检查与绩效评估；
3. 统筹协调保洁、工程、安保等相关方工作，及时处理现场突发问题，持续优化服务体验与运营效率；
4. 编制公共区域年度维护预算，管控外包服务供应商履约质量与成本，确保合规交付；
5. 配合品质管理、EHS（环境、健康与安全）及客户满意度提升相关工作，落实各项监管要求与内部审计整改。
1. 大专及以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上大型商业综合体、高端酒店或甲级写字楼公共区域管理或运营主管岗位工作经验；
3. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系、EHS管理规范及物业服务相关法律法规，具备基础财务预算与供应商管理能力；
4. 具备较强的现场统筹能力、跨部门协作意识和问题解决能力，能适应轮班及应急响应工作安排；
5. 持有物业管理师、注册安全工程师（助理级）或相关职业资格证书者优先。
