·        Prepares, presents and storesappetizers, savories, salads, sandwiches, dressings and sauces

·        Prepares and stores dishescontaining eggs, vegetables, fruit, rice and farinaceous foods and pulses

·        Prepares and presents meatdishes, including meat marinades and carves meats

·        准备并制作肉食菜肴包括对肉食的腌制及切肉

·        Prepare and presents cold itemsfor buffet

·        Communicates to his/her superiorany difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevantinformation

·        Log security incidents and accidentsin accordance with hotel requirements
