Hiring Salary: 4000 - 5000
1、负责相应楼层的日常运营与管理，确保客房清洁、设施设备维护及对客服务质量符合酒店标准。
2、制定并执行客房清洁、布草更换、公共区域卫生等作业流程，监督员工按规范操作。
3、合理调配客房部员工排班与工作任务，检查员工工作质量，及时纠正问题。
4、负责客房物资(如清洁用品、客用品、布草等)的申领与成本控制，避免浪费。
5、处理宾客关于客房服务的投诉与需求，协同前台及工程部快速解决，提升客户满意度。
6、定期组织员工培训，包括服务礼仪、安全操作、清洁技能等，提升团队专业水平。
1、至少1年及以上酒店客房管理或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉客房运营流程及标准。
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理意识，能有效带领员工完成工作任务。
3、责任心强，注重细节，能够适应酒店行业的弹性工作时间(含周末及节假日轮班)。
4、熟练使用电脑。
