4. 分析市场动态与竞争对手情况，为宴会业务提供市场分析与策略建议；
5. 带领团队进行宴会业务的推广与销售，完成既定的业绩指标；
6. 协调内部资源，确保宴会活动的顺利进行，包括场地布置、餐饮安排、人员调配等；
7. 定期评估宴会业务运营状况，提出改进措施并优化流程。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上宴会业务或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉宴会市场运作；
3. 拥有出色的市场开拓能力与客户关系维护能力；
4. 具备良好的项目管理能力与组织协调能力，能够应对复杂的宴会活动；
5. 具有较强的数据分析与策略制定能力，能为业务发展提供有力支持；
6. 优秀的团队领导与沟通能力，能够激励团队达成目标；
7. 适应灵活的工作时间，包括周末与节假日，以满足宴会业务的需求。
