1、全面负责酒店房务部门的运营管理，包括前厅、客房、洗衣房等部门的日常运作
2、制定并执行房务部门的年度预算、经营计划和服务标准
3、监督房务部门的服务质量，确保达到品牌标准并持续改进
4、优化房务部门的工作流程，提高运营效率和客户满意度
5、负责房务部门的人员培训、考核和团队建设
6、协调与其他部门的合作，确保酒店整体运营顺畅
7、处理客户投诉和突发事件，维护酒店声誉
8、分析房务部门的运营数据，提出改进建议并实施
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先
2、5年以上高星级酒店房务管理经验，3年以上同岗位经验
3、熟悉酒店房务部门的各项业务流程和标准
4、具备出色的团队管理和领导能力
5、优秀的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识
6、能够承受工作压力，适应弹性工作时间
7、熟练使用酒店管理系统和办公软件
8、具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力
