执行应收帐款的登记系统
每日结清挂帐及登帐工作，整理并更新应收帐款系统
处理有关挂账账目往来和要求，为所有账目对账
为部门和担保的未按预订抵达的过期账户销账
准备和输入分类账目以便借方账项间的转账
与客人和相关人员(前台经理，销售代表)联系，确保特殊的账户按客人要求结账
处理解决帐目方面的问询
核对供应商的各类单据以便进行财务处理
核算旅行社佣金，编制旅行社支票付款表
必要时调查出纳账目出入并就无法解释的账目不符情况与自己的上级经理交换意见
准备所需使用的支票并提交审批
根据现存记录核对供应商的单据并跟踪处理发现的出入
进行帐目分类登记及每日总帐的平帐工作
必要时参与其它部门的盘点和月末封账工作
在同事需要帮助时，能立即承担其它临时职责
沟通技巧——其他部门同事可能会向您提出顾虑或赞赏，您需要能够轻松应对
能读会写，电脑熟练：您需要掌握良好的阅读、写作技能，以及基本数学和计算机知识
有财务基础，如持有会计相关证书更佳，但并非必要条件
需拥有高等教育文凭或大学学历更佳，但并非必要条件
弹性排班——这份工作有时可能需要加班，或在周末和节假日轮班工作
工作经验——理想情况下，您应至少拥有的财务/前厅/餐饮相关实习经验
