5.关心员工的工作和生活问题，及时向部门经理汇总。
6.及时了解预定资料，了解客情，特别是酒店贵宾及常客的姓名。
7.熟知酒店内外信息，为客人提供准确的问询服务。
1.熟知楼层专业知识。
2.性格开朗、工作踏实，有较强的服务意识和责任感。
3.有相关工作经验者优先。
