2、合理控制食材成本，减少浪费，确保库存管理规范。
3、严格执行食品安全与卫生标准，确保厨房设备与工作区域的清洁与维护。
4、与其他厨房及餐厅密切协作，及时响应客户特殊要求及投诉处理。
1、具有1年或以上酒店饼房主管工作经验。
2、熟悉西式糕点、面包、甜品等制作工艺，具备独立操作及创新研发能力。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，工作责任心强，注重细节。
4、对烘焙行业有热情，能承受工作压力并适应轮班制及高峰时段。
