Daten- und Analyseberater, Kampagnen-Zielgruppen-Engineering

Key Accountabilities

• Analyzes campaign and audience performance data (e.g., targeting effectiveness, conversion, engagement, and channel performance) to generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Execute database marketing strategies across inbound, outbound, and paid media channels aligned with global and regional marketing goals. 

• Support campaign planning, audience development, execution, tracking, and ad-hoc marketing requests to ensure timely delivery. 
• Design, execute, and document test-and-learn initiatives and analyze results for future optimization.
• Monitor automated triggers and evergreen campaigns and resolve defects. 
• Perform data discovery and exploration to identify and correct data quality issues. 
• Identify and implement process improvements in audience creation, campaign automation, and data-mining activities. 
• Ensure global process compliance and adherence to legal and privacy requirements.  

• Manage workload, maintain quality standards, and support campaign teams with segmentation and audience strategy guidance. 

   

Key Metrics

• Flawless execution of campaigns and campaign automations. 
• On-time delivery of audience creation, points postings, sweeps, batch registrations, and other campaign deliverables. 
• Zero-error monitoring of automated and trigger-based list pulls. 
• Production efficiency and campaign optimization improvements. 

• Effective workload forecasting and response to escalations. 

   

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 

   

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on business and marketing analytics. 
• Preferred experience in: 
  • CRM and campaign management
  • Direct and indirect marketing
  • Multi-channel marketing
  • Travel or hospitality industry marketing environments
