Your day to day

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards and according to the established recipes and menu specifications. This includes but is not limited to starters, main courses, desserts, and other food items requested by guests.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and the culinary team to develop menus that are innovative, appealing, and in line with the hotel's standards and guest preferences. Consider dietary restrictions, special requests, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Monitor portion control, taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipe guidelines.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the culinary team.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s in hospitality of similar.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Customer Orientation
  • Team work
