We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our passionate team.

As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that each guest’s experience is memorable and meets the highest standards of service excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the Guest Relations team to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Greeting VIP guests upon arrival and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Overseeing guest feedback and ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or complaints.
- Collaborating with various hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Front Desk) to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and ensuring that high service standards are maintained across all touchpoints.
- Coordinating special requests and ensuring that the hotel anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.
- Managing and promoting the hotel’s loyalty programs.
- Conducting regular staff training to ensure the team is knowledgeable, professional, and aligned with our service standards.
- Handling guest correspondence and special requests, ensuring all details are carefully communicated and executed.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Guest Relations or similar role within the luxury hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of the local culture and the tourism industry in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
