Human Resources Officer - Six Senses Kanuhura

Duties and Responsibilities 
As Human Resources Officer, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 
•    Assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative activities of the Human Resources Department, including preparation and maintenance of HR documents and records.
•    Coordinate and communicate HR-related information across departments and with the Home Office, including the implementation of mandatory training programs, guidelines, and materials.
•    Coordinate operational training with departmental trainers, monitor training completion, and assist the Director of HR in consolidating departmental training hours and preparing monthly training reports for the Home Office.
•    Support recruitment and interview processes, as well as the coordination of new-hire orientation and training programs.
•    Plan and organize host engagement events, wellness activities, and HR initiatives in alignment with Six Senses wellness guidelines.
•    Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. 
•    Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications
To execute the position of Human Resources Officer, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

•    Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
•    Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.
•    Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
