IT Supervisor 信息技术主管

• Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuring the highest level of computer performance, efficiency and security.
• 协助信息技术支持和排除故障的工作，确保计算机运行，效率和安全均达到最高水平。
• Assist in the monitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation and condition.
• 协助监测所有相关的酒店系统，确保正常运转和良好状况。
• Monitor inventory and supplies and ensure that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner. Report shortages immediately to supervisor.
• 监督库存和供应平，确保及时订购补充品。应将缺货的情况立即汇报给上级领导。
• Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
• 设置并组织工作站指定的供应品，表格和资源材料。
• Conducts periodic tests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.
• 进行定期的测试和检查以确保所有部门符合规定的程序。

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、信息技术等相关专业。
2. 2年及以上酒店 IT 相关经验；有 IHG 洲际旗下皇冠假日、假日品牌酒店 IT 经验优先，熟悉酒店 PMS、POS、门锁、酒店 WiFi 系统。
3. 具备良好英文读写能力，可阅读 IHG 集团英文制度、工单、系统文档，口语沟通优先。
4.熟悉酒店主流 PMS、POS 收银系统运维，熟悉电脑、打印机、外设软硬件故障处理；熟悉数据备份、病毒防护、信息安全基础。
