The Manager of Brand Consistency will play a key role working with our global functional stakeholders in ensuring they are presented with the necessary insights, information, tools and process for all Brand Standard initiatives. They will support management of the global and regional activities of the brand standards process, standard development for new brands, waivers, standards performance reporting and all associated systems. They will oversee/track the development of new initiatives and enhancements of standards systems and reports.
Your day to day
- Work closely with all standards owners and other key stakeholders providing timely training, accurate updates on standards process, systems and reporting activities for all matters related to Brand Standards.
- Ensure effective governance of all standard systems related activities.
- Identify project/activity risks; communicate and adjust appropriately.
- Preparation and support for all Standards Committees, OA and internal meetings.
- Manage waiver process for hotels and IHG stakeholders.
- Support brand consistency through photography review process.
- Produce reporting for Brand Standards, Waivers and photography review.
- Manage the day-to-day pipeline of all new systems functionality on behalf of the business, including proposing new functionality prioritization.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s Degree, 3 to 6 years progressive work-related experience. Additional education or work-related experience in Project Management or Data management helpful
- Extensive knowledge and skill in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in Web Applications and Experience in VBA and Smartsheet will be helpful. Demonstrate an outstanding ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
- Excellent Project Management, Organizational and Follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused orientation, including providing clear, accurate information; explaining procedures or materials or providing supplemental information; anticipating problems or questions.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to use the results of analysis to make recommendations regarding effective strategic decisions.
- Ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations successfully, promotes items persuasively, and shapes the opinions of others.
- Demonstrated effective problem solving and analytical skills for the purpose of evaluating data and trends, business performance, and resolving issues in the brand consistency functions.
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation and evaluation in a large company.
- Superior documentation, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across regions, influence and negotiate outside of authority.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills to internal and external stakeholders. Presentation skills necessary for various level audiences (peers, managers, departments, owners).
- Knowledge of IHG brand, systems and training programs helpful
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $95,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
