Tasks and responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive innovative campaigns by conceptualizing and executing creative ideas and marketing campaigns that align with the IHG's brand identity
  • Develop compelling content tailored for digital platforms, ensuring engagement across multiple channels
  •  Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and enhance the guest experience
  • Define and bring to life a clear and differentiating positioning in the market and drive room revenue improvements and Food & Beverage revenue in line with the strategic business plans
  • Define the best communication channels with which the goals may be achieved in alignment with the overall marketing strategies
  • Oversee and optimize together with the PR & marketing specialist the social media strategy, and updating of all online and offline channels according to the content plan
  • Major contribution in updating and re-designing the hotel’s website 
  • Support the performance of IHG booking channels and promotions
  • Champion the implementation of trailblazing tools to drive results
  • Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing create a plan in cooperation with the PR specialist and Marketing Coordinator which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel
  • Plan, coordinate, oversee and participate in all public relation activities (sponsorships, photo or video shoots, local media liaison e.g. journalists, bloggers, etc...)
  • Create communication materials which portray the luxury image of the brand (manage photo and video shoots, create graphic materials, etc.)
  • Proactively manage key relationships with the General Manager, Food & Beverage and other Operational leaders and Sales Team to ensure alignment
  • Maintain the relationship with media agencies, graphic designers, printing houses and all other suppliers
  • Oversee all hotel guest relevant communication and materials 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University/College degree in marketing/economics preferably in tourism and hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment
  • Experience in advertisement across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google Search, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Experience in people management
  • Ability to work across multiple projects
  • Ability to create strategies and budgets and to follow through on them
  • Excellent communication and guest/client handling capabilities, outgoing personality
  • Fluent written and oral language skills in English and preferably in Hungarian
